One third of all food production worldwide does not reach our plates. That can be done differently. To save even more food, Instock started an experiment with Brouwerij Troost to make Instock special beer from residual streams. The results are Pieper Beer, Bammetjes Beer and Boos Beer! Cheers to that ;-).

My assignment was to show that you can make delicious
new products from the residual flow of discarded goods.
And above all, that it is fun to save products in this way.
I illustrated a colourful waste stream moving across the
label with the most important ingredients in the leading role.
From raspberry to potato and from beer to granola.
